Return & Refund Policy: RTL Art

Effective Date: 7/30/2025

Because each item I offer is created with care and intention — whether it’s a handmade original, a custom commission, or limited-edition merchandise — I kindly ask that you read this policy before purchasing.

 

Original Art & Prints

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on original pieces or art prints due to the unique and delicate nature of each item.

• If your artwork arrives damaged, please email ReytheLotus.Art@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging within 3 days of delivery. We will do our best to offer a solution — which may include a partial refund, store credit, or replacement (if applicable).

 

Custom Commissions

• All commissioned work is non-refundable once payment has been received and work has begun.

• I include 2 rounds of revisions during the design phase. If you’re unsatisfied after that point, additional changes may be subject to a fee.

• If I cannot complete your commission due to personal circumstances, you will be offered a full refund.

 

Merchandise (Totes, Apparel, etc.)

• All merch sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• If your merch arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at ReytheLotus.Art@gmail.com with photos within 5 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to replace the item or offer store credit depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

• Once your order is with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, stolen packages, or incorrect shipping info provided at checkout.

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an item is returned to us due to address issues, you will need to cover reshipment.

I value every collector and supporter of RTL Art. While I keep my policy firm to protect the integrity of handmade and personalized work, I will always approach any concerns with empathy, fairness, and clear communication.
